How do I get started with Ferpz?

Download the Ferpz app, create an account using your email or sign in with Google/Apple, and follow the onboarding flow to set up your business profile. You'll be ready to track your finances in minutes.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes, we take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We never store plain-text passwords or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Can I use Ferpz for free?

Yes! Ferpz offers a free tier with essential features. You can track income and expenses, create invoices, and use limited AI CFO interactions. Upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited access to all features.

How does the AI CFO feature work?

The AI CFO is your personal financial assistant. Ask questions about your finances, get insights on spending patterns, receive tax reminders, and get help categorizing transactions. Simply type your question in the chat interface.

How do I scan receipts?

Use the receipt scanner feature in the app. Take a photo or upload an image of your receipt, and our OCR technology will automatically extract the details. Review and confirm the information before saving.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. For assistance, contact support@ferpz.com.

Can I export my data?

Yes, you can export your financial data as CSV files from Settings > Data Export. This includes your transactions, invoices, and reports.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please email support@ferpz.com with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
